There is a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) created by an awesome guy named Gary Craig. He was generous enough to give it to the world for free.

For years now I’ve just known something smelled fishy. Have you ever have that feeling, like something just isn’t sitting...

For years now I’ve just known something smelled fishy. Have you ever have that feeling, like something just isn’t sitting right with you?

It all started years ago with a minor headache every afternoon. I imagined it must be stress and nothing that an aspirin couldn’t take care of.

Then I began to notice a wee bit of stomach upset. I figured it was the aspirin.

Then the headaches got worse and I started having anxiety attacks.

By this time, I thought I was going nuts. Every afternoon the headaches and the stomach ache and then the anxiety.

Finally, I started feeling depressed, worn out and just plain old BLAAAHHH.

And the worst part, my weight stopped dropping and started RISING.

I knew that there was something wrong somewhere because I was scrutinizing my calories like a deranged accountant. In fact, I had switched to drinking diet soda instead of regular soda for my afternoon caffeine fix.

That’s when it dawned on me. I started looking into artificial sweeteners because it was the only thing that I had changed recently.

Everywhere on the internet people were reporting similar symptoms.

I knew something must be going on; however all the studies were showing that artificial sweeteners were safe (unless you ate a bucket full everyday).

However, now the studies are finally showing exactly what I feared – this has been a phenomenal cover up.

There’s no longer any doubt about it. Artificial sweeteners cause obesity.

Research shows that the thought, smell, or sight of food sets off a slew of hormonal and physiological responses in your body.

I don’t need any research to tell me when I think of chocolate cake or ice cream my mouth starts watering.

The problem is these artificial sweeteners are doing the same thing – except inside your body. Every time you consume any diet food or drink your body is getting ready for a big intake of sugar and calories. Then BAMMO! Nothing happens!

Like the little boy that cried wolf – nobody believed him after a few times, so how do you think your body reacts?

Researchers studied two groups of rats.

One group was fed yogurt sweetened with old fashioned sucrose (sugar) the other is fed a yogurt sweetened with the artificial sweetener saccharin.

The rats were on this yogurt diet for 14 days; however they didn’t lose any weight.

First of all the artificially sweetened group of rats started getting really hungry and started eating more and more over the two weeks. So the group ended up eating dramatically more calories than their sugar eating cousins.

Secondly, all of the weight that the rats gained was fat.

And thirdly, the artificial sweetener fed rates had a drop in core body temperature. This means their metabolism slowed right down and their bodies stopped burning calories as well.

Conclusions: The “artificial sweetener fed rats gained more weight, more body fat and ended up with a slower metabolism, even though they ate a lot less calories!

I’m going to say that again! They gained weight even though they ate fewer calories.

So the food industry is selling us stuff that makes you hungrier so you buy more of their products. That’s a great business for them. Not so good for us!

And yes, this applies to ALL non-nutritive sweeteners including stevia and xylitol.

Diet foods just aren’t going to help you lose weight so you need to look at another, better, healthier and long-term method of shedding the weight – for good this time.

If you want to lose weight fast, naturally and without strict diets then you need to take on the behaviors and thought processes of a naturally thin person.

The Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program automatically programs your mind to think and act like a naturally thin person all while lowering stress, increasing confidence, eliminating emotional binge eating, and teaching your mind to love to exercise…guaranteed.

“What’s a human being’s strongest, most basic instinct?”

I just asked a roomful of very intelligent and important people that question. They all looked at me wondering where I was going on this one.

“Survival” Somebody called out.

“Survival. Good guess, but no. Any other ideas?”

Dead silence. Now they all sat there with that glazed over furtive teacher PLEASE don’t call on me look.

Now you’re reading this article because you want to lose weight. You’re thinking what does this have to do with weight loss?

Once you hear the answer you’ll absolutely understand.

But the question is really why is dieting so hard. The answer is your emotions. If you had no emotions then dieting would be easy.
Almost all of dieting is an emotional task. Food has so many emotional anchors or triggers associated with it.

Back when I was battling my weight issues I had managed to get myself to 340 lbs of morbidly obese. How did I manage that?

I had lost control over my emotions. I was literally ruled by my emotions. I happy one moment then depressed the next. Food was my drug. It ruled me by stifling my emotions. I just wanted some stability. My mistake was believing that burying my emotions in sheer mountains of calories would help. It never does.

Most people never experience the sheer terror of being that overweight and I pray you never do. If you have ever been overweight I feel for you.

I remember reaching for box of donuts as if that could somehow get me under control.

You see, in our society food is linked or anchored in your mind to good emotional experiences. We eat food to sustain us, comfort us, entertain us, create a bond with others, feel loved, show love and deal with sadness, stress and boredom.

That is a minivan full of emotional triggers.

So back to that audience.

“The number one instinct of a human being is not survival as most people believe. If that were true, there would be no suicide which would be a fantastic idea. In fact, a human beings strongest instinct, most basic animal need, is to look at something familiar. That’s why its so hard to change a habit, behavior or your current situation. This instinct is why women stay in abusive relationships even when their life is being threatened. Its familiar.”

And that is why its so hard to diet. Because it is unfamiliar. Food is control. If you deprive yourself of food, you are giving up stability.

We all need stability and we’ll find it somewhere.

Human beings are rarely if ever logical. We make decisions based on emotions then rationalize the decision after the fact.

The only way to successfully stick to a diet is use your emotions to help you stick to the diet.

You have to visualize the new you and make yourself want that new body. By visualizing that new body you make the new thin healthy you familiar. You’ve seen her, you’ve experienced in your minds eye what it will feel like in your new body, you hear other comment about how calm and happy you are.

Without using this instinct to steer your emotions towards successful weight loss, dieting will continue to be a struggle.

If you’d like to have that image of the new you automatically implanted in your unconscious mind, all while feeling incredible self confidence, letting stress melt away, finding yourself naturally craving healthy nutritious food, sleeping better than you have in years, and loving to exercise then get your hands on a copy of the breakthrough Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program today.

When I first begin working with a new client they always tell me the same thing. “Listen Ryan, my life...

When I first begin working with a new client they always tell me the same thing.

“Listen Ryan, my life is totally out of control! I’m desperate. I feel like a spinning top. I’ve lost any direction that I used to have and I can’t see where I’m going anymore.”

Whether that area of life is Family, Career, Business, Health or Relationships, almost all unbalanced paths lead to weight gain.

There is a very simple reason why this occurs. It has to do with your brain’s physiology and the way that fantastic clump of gelatinous gray matter was created.

Before I go into the gory details of how the brain really works I want you to ask yourself, what area of your life is ‘out of control’?

If you are overweight then some part of your life is out of balance – guaranteed!

Sometimes there are multiple areas that are wrecking your life.

So what is it for you? Is it work? Family? Relationships? Those are the top three. I have even worked with a Shamanic Healer having a spiritual crisis that lead to an over consumption of potato chips. Nobody is immune.

I want to ask you one more question that I ask of all of my clients:

“Why are you being so selfish?”

Now you’re saying to yourself. “I’m not selfish. Everything I do is for everyone else! You can’t accuse me of being selfish…”

Now that we’ve got that initial reaction out of the way, let me explain…

If you are anything like 99% of my clients you never take time to yourself which means you ARE EXPECTING EVERYONE ELSE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

You are failing miserably by not taking into consideration all of the people around you who are hurting because you are ignoring your own needs.

You are probably grumpy, emotional, demanding and impossible to please because you are so focused on feeling like a super-human that you’ve forgotten about everyone else who has to deal with you.

That abyss of emotional scum inevitably builds up and pops its nasty head up somewhere in your life. Typically, by making you fat.

Every time you make a decision, whether big or small, it requires energy within your brain. We all know that energy comes from food.

Everything you do, all of the little tasks, the big projects, even the shopping list; everything is a decision and you only have so much energy in your brain before you start making bad decisions.

That’s why, when you’re tired and emotional, it’s so hard to eat right. You literally have run out of energy in your brain. Just like an overworked muscle it becomes physiologically impossible to make good decisions.

Once you have worn out that poor overworked decision maker, that’s it, all of your decisions will then be based on your basic animal instincts.

What are these animal instincts that automatically surface when you’re under stress?

“Eat and Preserve Energy!” In other words GET FAT- tough times are here!

What do you do after a particularly grueling day?

Most people eat a big meal then lie on the couch watching TV. Now you know why. Your brain is plum tuckered out and all it can do is channel your inner caveman or cavewoman.

So what can you do?

You have to take time to do deep breathing, meditation, yoga, self hypnosis or some other form of relaxation every day.

“Quiet time” is the only way to effectively recharge your mind’s decision maker.

The more stress and/or decisions you are making in a day, the more time you need to recharge your mind.

When I’m under a tremendous workload I’ll put myself into a trance for ten minutes every couple of hours. That keeps my mind fresh, clear and calm.

So stop being selfish and take time to breathe and relax. You’ll be more effective and you’ll be much nicer to be around.

It will also help you to make better food choices!

For the deepest, most rejuvenating, reinvigorating relaxation possible plus the immeasurable benefit of automatically craving healthy foods, increasing the amount of self confidence that you possess, massively reducing stress, loving to exercise and banishing emotional eating for good, be sure to get your Gastric Hypno Balloon Program – and change your path TODAY.
“I’m fat because of my genes.” Have you ever heard that? I used to say it; I probably used to...

“I’m fat because of my genes.”

Have you ever heard that? I used to say it; I probably used to believe it.

80% of my family is… well let’s just say, they couldn’t fit a whole lot of my family in an elevator.

It’s true though that is seems like overweight people have overweight kids, right?

Unfortunately, only 5% of obesity can be attributed to genetics. That is not much.

Have you ever seen 5% of something? That’s like one chocolate chip of a chocolate chip cookie.

5% is pretty small.

So if being overweight runs in families but isn’t genetic, what’s causing it?

Knowing the cause, can help you lose weight starting today!

Okay, now I know you want to lose weight, nearly everybody does. So what is it those 25% of people that aren’t overweight do to stay thin?

Sure, maybe 5% of them are genetically predisposed to be skinnier than average. Still, that leaves 20% of people who aren’t battling the bulge.

So here’s the dirty little secret the food industry doesn’t want you to know.

Losing weight is easy… as long as you take on the habits of a naturally slim and healthy individual.

The diet industry would love to sell you one pill after another while their evil cousin the food industry keeps adding on the pounds. And that’s what these two industries (often run by the same corporations) are doing to you and I right now.

A while back, I started studying people who are naturally thin. What I discovered was that thin people have TOTALLY different eating habits than overweight people.

For my studies I would literally take a thin person and an overweight person out to eat. (Free meal for them, cheap research for me!)

I would sit them down across from me in a booth and study how each person ate.

The difference was like night and day. The pattern was obvious from the very first experiment but I continued with dozens of people.

The pattern I discovered ALWAYS held true – 100% of the time.

Now you know why thin people have thin kids and overweight people have fat kids. The kids model their eating habits from their parents.

Would you like to know how a thin person eats?

I’ve found that as long as you eat with the habits of a thin person you will become a thin person. If you eat with the habits of an overweight person, you will be fat.

What I discovered is an overweight person chews his food approximately 4 to 8 times then swallows quickly, never putting his or her utensils down between bites. An overweight person doesn’t pay any attention to full signals until his or her stomach is screaming in protest.

On the other hand, a naturally thin person follows a simple three step pattern.

They take a small bite (I can’t tell you how many times I saw a naturally thin person cut each chicken nugget into 3 or 4 pieces while the overweight subject ate 2 to 3 nuggets at a time)

A thin person chews his or her food 20 to 30 times, putting their utensil down between bites

After chewing, a naturally thin and healthy person checks his or her stomach to feel if they are full. When they feel full, they stop eating.

That’s it!

Those are the three eating habits that all naturally thin and healthy people share when it comes to eating.

It’s amazingly simple:

Take a small bite.

Chew at least 20 times.

Check if you are full (and stop eating if you are).

And naturally thin people tend to eat whatever they want. They don’t deprive themselves. In fact, they’ll tell you that they eat like a horse (they don’t, I’ve watched). The point is they don’t feel deprived.

Neither should you.

If you’re overweight, try it out. I bet you can’t even eat half of what you normally would when you use the thin person eating habits.

When you’re ready to instill the habits of a ‘Naturally Thin You’, automatically in your unconscious mind then you have to get the Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program. Just sit back and listen to a relaxing audio session once a day. The program immediately instills the eating habits of a naturally slim and healthy person; helping you to instantly change your habits on the unconscious level so you can obliterate those old negative habits once and for all.

There I stood…listening to the echo in this cavernous warehouse.

My frustration instantly hit a nine out of ten.

Half an hour ago, I thought “Sure, how bad could Costco be on a Friday afternoon?”

Those of you now snickering can tell I have rarely been to this frantic freeway of people loading monstrous boxes of Oreo cookies and frozen pizzas into gargantuan carts.

It’s like getting dropped into a retail Jurassic Park where everything is ten times its normal size.

I have a list of five (undoubtedly oversized!) items to buy and what seems like five acres of real estate to search.

Where’s the team of bloodhounds when you need them?

Plus it’s Friday afternoon (oh did I mention that already) and I have had a LONG (read e-x-h-a-u-s-t-i-n-g) week.

Out of the seeming abyss of my now zombie like mind comes this thought…

I’m tired. It’s three o’clock. I need to get that certain brand of energy drink. You know; the one that “gives you hours of energy”.

And then I’m off. Scurrying around this expanse of endless gray, doggedly obsessed with finding this energy drink.

And I will not give up. You know the feeling. You’ve been there.

I search high and low, peering through aisle after aisle. I just knew that delightful little treat was hiding amongst one of those mile high shelves.

Fast forward forty five minutes later… I’m standing there, looking at this box of energy drinks. Recovering from my zombie-like trance, wondering what could have possibly prompted me to buy this?

I don’t even like energy drinks. They taste like cherry flavored Pepto Bismol. They make me all jittery and I start talking so fast I start stuttering like Porky Pig.

Then it hit me.

Those @#$% got me!

Me! A Master Hypnotist who’s written two books on persuasion. They used the techniques against me… and they WORKED!

My mind now fully recovered, I searched the memory banks and realized I had been watching an old sci-fi TV show on Hulu.com. And THAT energy drink was being advertised to me over and over again.

As soon as I got that “230 Feeling” standing there in CostCo my unconscious mind, doing what unconscious minds do best, went to solve the problem for me with the information I had inadvertently given it.

Those advertisers are good!

Just think about it right now… how many times have you bought something or, even worse, had an unstoppable craving for a certain brand of sugary, fatty or salty delight.

Where do you think that craving came from?

That’s right. It was implanted in your mind by some advertisement.

Don’t believe me? That’s cool.

Next time you go shopping and buy any name brand product ask yourself why you’re buying it.

You’ll probably come up with some rational sounding reason. Go ahead and buy, it’ll make you feel good. And then later, when you think about it, nine times out of ten you’ll realize you saw some advertisement for it. If it’s a great product then it’s great that you bought it – that advertising was really beneficial.

Now if you just bought a 900 ounce soda and a ten pack of some extra cheezy artistically named tacos, that ain’t so good!

Just think about your cravings and realize now that you are being programmed by the food industry for “A late night Craving” or “An Indulgence You Deserve.”

Nobody is immune. Not even me. The difference between me and you is I realized what was happening.

Those energy drinks are still sitting on a shelf in my pantry.

Can you say that about your last craving?

Be sure to protect yourself by teaching your unconscious to crave healthy foods and exercise with the Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program. All while boosting your confidence, ending those emotional eating binges, destroying stress, and sleeping better than you have in years.

Have diets failed you? Over and over you’ve overcome will power issues, hunger pangs and irritability just to fail again and again.

By the time people come to me they tend to be in this situation.

You may be one of the unlucky people who have are very good at producing insulin

When you are good at producing insulin, you are also very good and getting fat.

The best thing you can learn to do, if you diets have routinely failed you, is to relax.

I learned this first hand on a vacation in Costa Rica.

I spent an entire week laying around in the sun reading and eating… a lot.

I expected to gain weight.

I did everything wrong. I ate whatever I wanted. I ate late at night. I drank margaritas.

And I lost 10 pounds.

Stress is one of the biggest factors I’ve found contributing to weight loss.

When you get in control of your stress. The weight tends to melt away.

You see, when your stressed about work, home, or life in general your mind is telling your body to store fat.

It does this because of our primitive caveman brain which still equates stress with danger.

The only way to take down the stress in your life is to actively work to relax.

Deep breathing is one of the best ways to relax.

Deep breathing stimulates what is called the vagus nerve, which tells your mind to relax.

If diets aren’t working for you, you probably are under too much stress.

To end the roller coaster of stress leading to weight gain in your life be sure to grab your copy of the Gastric Hypno Balloon Hypnosis Weight Loss Program today. Just sit back and listen to a relaxing audio session once a day. The program will help your mind automatically keep you stress levels under control all while ending emotional eating, cravings, skyrocket your confidence, and more.
